Mountain Bike for Variety? Beware.

Often times, adding variety to your workout schedule will help motivate you to stick with your program. It helps to choose something you enjoy, think is fun or would like to learn.

If I were going to add an "extreme sport" to for variety to my exercise program, mountain biking would be at the top of my list. However, since I have not daringly ridden a bike since I was 12, I can very easily see this happening to me.
