Policies & Payment Information

All massage appointments must be booked in advance unless otherwise posted or advertised.

Notification of cancellation must be received 24 hours in advance by phone or email. Clients who cancel their reservations within 24 hours will incur a $25 cancellation fee. No-show clients will pay in full for their session. Chronic problems with cancellations may require a client to pay in advance by credit card for services.

Therapists are not required to wait longer than 15 minutes for late arrivals who have not called ahead. If you are tardy for your appointment by 15 minutes or more and the therapist has not heard from you, the therapist has the right to leave the site or refuse service and consider you a no-show for your appointment. From there, no-show policies will apply.

We accept only cash or check (drivers license number mandatory) at the beginning of the service in the spa or on-site. We are currently not accepting credit and debit cards.

Gratuity is not included in your service price. You are not required to tip your therapist, but the generosity is greatly appreciated. The service industry standard is 15 to 20 percent of the service cost.

We provide professional massage and wellness consultation. Should a therapist or client feel uncomfortable in a session, either party may terminate the service immediately without consequence. We encourage clients to speak with their therapist if they are uncomfortable with any techniques or stretches performed during a service. We want you to benefit from and trust our work.

On-site appointments are available only after three spa sessions with the same therapist. An minimum of $15/ trip - depending on distance traveled - will be incurred for this service.

Gift certificates are available for all services. They are non-refundable and should be presented at time of service. No-showing on a certificate reservation will void the certificate without exception.

Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

Returned checks are subject to a $40 fee. We depends on your good word, and we appreciate your business but cannot afford the liability of returned checks.

Late arrival to an appointment means less time with a therapist. You may stay, but you will only receive the balance of your session, and you will still pay the full price. We recommend clients arrive 5 to 10 minutes before their session to ensure there is adequate time for paperwork and consultation before each service.

All clients will fill out a heath/personal history form before services - even if late. This is information will be kept confidential but is required for health and safety purposes. If we know more about you, we can take care of you and treat you that much better!
